What we do

We carry out sanitary treatment of premises — the part of DDD that deals with micro-organisms rather than animals. In practice that means three things: mould, unpleasant odours, and disinfecting premises after various events.

We work in Riga and the surrounding region, in flats, private houses, offices, warehouses, production facilities, shops, catering businesses, hotels, schools and care institutions.

What we do not do

This matters just as much, because it saves you time:

The other two parts of DDD — those are separate services, not ours. See What DDD means.
Treating vehicle interiors — we do not offer this.
Plumbing and drain clearing — we treat premises after an incident, but we do not repair what caused it.
Building work — if the cause of the mould calls for insulation or damp proofing, we name it, but we do not carry it out.
Deep cleaning — we disinfect and remove odours; we are not a cleaning firm.

Working in a narrow field means we do more of that particular work than we would if we offered everything.

How we work

Our working principle is a single line: cause first, treatment second.

Mould is not a cleanliness problem — it is a moisture problem that has become visible. A smell is not an air problem — it has a physical source. Treat the symptom without touching the cause and the problem returns, and the customer pays twice for the same thing.

So our work starts with an inspection and a measurement, not with unloading equipment.

We inspect the property and measure moisture where that is needed.

We carry out the work at the agreed scope and time.

What we promise, and what we don't

What we promise:

To tell you what is causing the problem, even when that means the answer is not one of our services.
To name the price before the work starts and not change it afterwards.
To tell you if treatment is unnecessary or will not help.
To give you a specific time when the rooms can be used again.

What we do not promise:

An arrival time down to the minute, before we know the situation and the address.
That treatment will solve a problem whose cause is left in place.
Medical outcomes — we treat premises, we do not treat people.
That mould will stay away if the moisture source is in the structure and nobody deals with it.

Why such a narrow specialism

Most companies in this trade in Latvia offer all three parts of DDD at once. We deliberately do not.

The reason is practical: micro-organisms, mould and odours are an entirely different problem from visible animals. Where one service is chemistry and baits, the other is moisture measurement, assessing materials and building physics. A company doing both does one of them less often.

We would rather be good at one thing than average at three.

What that looks like in practice
