Premises disinfection, mould and odour removal in Riga and the surrounding region — We contact you within 5 minutes of your enquiry.

How we work

Cause first, treatment second. That order is not a formality.

This page describes how the work goes, from enquiry to handover. The process is the same for every property — only the scale and the method change.

Five steps

Enquiry and call

You fill in the form with a description of the situation and your phone number. We call and work out the details.

Inspection and measurements

We inspect the property, measure moisture in the air and in materials, and look for the cause.

Quote

We tell you what needs doing, which method suits best and what it will cost. Work starts only once you confirm.

Treatment

We carry out the work at the agreed time, respecting product contact times and safety requirements.

Handover and recommendations

We tell you when the rooms can be used again and what needs to change so the problem does not return.

Why we start with an inspection

Most of the problems people bring to us are symptoms. Mould on a wall is a symptom of moisture. A smell in a room is a symptom of a source. Treat the symptom without touching the cause and it comes back.

An inspection with moisture measurement answers the question a visual look cannot: is the moisture coming from condensation, from a leak, or from the ground. Those three answers have three completely different solutions.

In simple cases an inspection is not necessary, and we say so — to ozone-treat a flat after tenants, for example, the floor area is enough.

How we choose the method

TaskMethod
Contact surfacesSurface treatment
Odour in the room and in textilesOzone treatment
Large room, many surfacesCold fogging (ULV)
Gaps, cavities, structuresHot fogging
Mould on a surfaceMaterial removal + fungicide
Air and ventilationAir disinfection, UV-C

We often combine two methods: one for surfaces, another for the air and the places you cannot reach.

How the quote is put together

We set the price after the inspection and tell you before the work starts. We never raise it afterwards — if something was missed during the inspection, that is our mistake, not your cost.

If the inspection turns up something that changes the scope significantly — a far larger wet area under the floor covering than was visible, say — we stop, tell you, and agree it again. You decide whether to continue.

We only start work once you have seen the price and agreed to it.

What we ask of you

Good preparation shortens the job and improves the result. In practice it takes about 15 minutes:

  • Give us access to the room and to the spot where the problem is.
  • Clear away open food, medicines and houseplants.
  • Pets must be out of the room during treatment; seal the aquarium and switch the pump off.
  • Pull furniture away from any walls that need treating.
  • Tell us if there are small children in the household, or anyone with a respiratory condition — it affects which method we use.

What you get afterwards

  • Treated rooms and a specific time when they can be used again.
  • A written description of what we found, if an inspection was carried out.
  • Recommendations — what needs to change so the problem does not return.
  • For businesses, a signed handover record and an invoice.

The recommendations are the part customers value least at the time and most a year later. If we told you the ventilation needs sorting out, that is not a suggestion made out of politeness.
