One treatment for one specific problem. In most everyday cases that is enough.
A one-off treatment is the right choice when there is a specific, one-time reason — that is, when something has happened with a beginning and an end, rather than a process that is still running.
A one-off treatment deals with the symptoms. If the cause is still active, repeating the treatment only postpones the problem.
You describe the situation in the form, we get in touch and establish the details.
We inspect the property and define the scope of work and the method needed.
We give you an exact price before the work starts.
We carry out the work at the agreed time.
We tell you when the premises can be used and what to do so the problem does not recur.
The price includes the inspection on site, the treatment using the chosen method and our recommendations. Travel costs within Riga are included; outside Riga a surcharge applies depending on the distance.
In practice that means that after the work you have not only treated premises but also a clear idea of when they can be used and what needs doing so you do not have to call us again. If something comes to light during the treatment that could not have been predicted from the description — mould behind a wardrobe that nobody knew about, say — we tell you and agree how to proceed rather than quietly increasing the bill.
Knowing the limits matters just as much, because this is where misunderstandings most often arise.
The line is simple: we work on the sanitary condition, not on construction and cleaning. We remove affected material where the treatment is impossible without it — for example, cutting out a soaked section of plasterboard to reach the structure behind it.
For flats the price is based on the number of rooms, for commercial premises on the floor area. That is a starting price for a typical situation. How far the final figure differs from the starting price comes down to a few specific factors.
We can often give an indicative price after a phone conversation, if we know the number of rooms or the floor area, the type of problem and how long it has been going on. The exact price is set by the inspection. We tell you it before the work starts, and we only begin once you have confirmed.
A 54 m² two-room flat in Purvciems after tenants, with no mould and no signs of smoking. Contact surface treatment plus ozone treatment is enough there, and the figure stays close to the starting price. The same flat, if it has been smoked in for years, first needs the ceilings and walls degreasing, and that is a different scope of work and a different price.
Part of the work is on your side, and it is the part that affects both the time and the price.
The premises have to be aired after treatment. After surface treatment a short airing is usually enough; after fogging or ozone treatment the space has to be left longer — we tell you the exact time on site, because it depends on the volume of the room and the method.
Honestly about the limits:
The last point is the one people find hardest to accept. Porous materials — mineral wool, the paper facing of plasterboard, the filling of mattresses and soft furniture, carpet underlay — soak up liquid right through their thickness. A disinfectant acts where it reaches, and it reaches the surface and a few millimetres below it. The rest of the material's depth stays untreated, which is why the smell and the fungus come back from there. That is not a question of product quality but of physics.
In those cases we say so straight away rather than selling a treatment we know will not work. If the inspection shows that regular treatment or repair work is needed first, we say that too — even when it means there will be no order.
One-room flat from €55, two-room from €65, three-room from €75, four-room from €85, private house from €95. Commercial premises €0.70 to €1.20/m² depending on the floor area. All prices →
If we carry out the treatment after the inspection, the inspection fee is credited against the price of the work. If you decide not to go ahead, the inspection is charged separately.
In a flat usually a few hours including the contact time. Longer on bigger properties — we tell you exactly before the work.
In simple cases, yes. If drying or removal of materials is needed, the work happens in several stages.
Describe the situation — we will tell you whether treatment is needed at all, and which one.
Fill in the form — we will call you on the number you provide, ask a few clarifying questions and propose a solution.
Thank you! We will contact you on the phone number you provided shortly.
