If the answer is not here, describe your situation in the form — we will reply.
Below are the answers to the questions we are asked most often — on the phone, through the form and on site. More detailed answers on each topic are in the Advice section.
Most people who write to us do not know which treatment they need — and that is normal. Working that out is our job, not yours.
In the form, describe what has happened and what you can see or smell: what kind of property, roughly what area, when the problem appeared. That is enough for us to tell you in the first conversation what the most sensible next step is.
If it turns out that no treatment is needed, or that you can handle it yourself, we say so. That happens regularly.
The answers below cover prices, safety, preparation, how long it takes, and what we do and do not work with.
A one-room flat from €55, two rooms from €65, three rooms from €75, a private house from €95. Commercial premises are €0.70 to €1.20/m² depending on the area. Mould treatment starts at €1.50/m², ozone treatment is €1.20/m² with a €60 minimum.
Fill in the form on this page and leave your phone number. We will call you back, ask a few clarifying questions and tell you what treatment is needed and what it will cost.
Flats, private houses, offices, warehouses, production facilities, shops, restaurants, hotels, schools, kindergartens, medical and social care institutions, sports venues, basements and common areas in Riga and the surrounding region.
No people, animals or houseplants may be in the room during treatment. Once the treatment is done and the room has been aired properly it is safe to use again — we always tell you on site exactly when you can go back in.
Only with what you cannot see — micro-organisms, mould and the sources of odours. The other two parts of DDD are separate services; if your problem is one of those, we will tell you where to go. More detail: /en/advice/ddd-explained/.
It depends on our workload and on the property. In urgent cases we try to get there as soon as we can, but we do not promise a specific time before we know the situation and the address.
Clear away open food, medicines and houseplants. Pets must not be in the room during treatment, the aquarium should be sealed and its pump switched off. For ozone treatment, leave soft furnishings and textiles where they are — those are exactly what the ozone works on.
It depends on the method and the volume of the room. After surface treatment a short airing is usually enough; after ozone or fogging the room has to stay shut for a set period and then be aired thoroughly. We always give you the exact time on site.
A small patch that has only just appeared on a smooth surface — often yes. If the surface is porous (wallpaper, plasterboard, timber), if the patch keeps coming back, or if it is bigger than your hand, a shop-bought product is not enough.
No. That is a job for a plumber or an emergency service. We treat the premises once the source has been dealt with.
Yes, in the surrounding region. Outside Riga we add a travel charge based on distance, and we tell you about it in the quote.
Yes — a contract, an invoice and a signed handover record. Where we work with you regularly, we keep a record of the treatments carried out.
Describe the situation — we will tell you whether treatment is needed at all, and which one.
