Premises disinfection, mould and odour removal in Riga and the surrounding region — We contact you within 5 minutes of your enquiry.

The towns we work in

Riga and the surrounding region. Building stock, access and environmental conditions differ in every place — and that changes the work more than distance does.

17 towns
Riga + the region
Call-out priced by distance

We work in Riga and the surrounding region. Below are all the towns where we carry out premises disinfection, mould removal and odour removal — each has its own page covering what affects the work in that particular place.

The most important thing up front: we have no branches or offices in these towns. We travel out from Riga. That means we plan the work around distance and access, and outside Riga a call-out surcharge is added to the price depending on how far it is.

Why location matters at all

Mould grows the same way wherever there is moisture. What differs is not the biology but the conditions that let it start — and those are set by the place.

1Type of building stockA pre-war timber house, a Soviet-era panel block and a new build accumulate moisture in three completely different ways.
2Environmental conditionsSea wind and salt, a river floodplain, boggy surroundings or steep terrain — each creates a different source of moisture.
3How the property is usedA seasonally used summer house, a production facility and an apartment building call for different methods and different working hours.

In the coastal towns, for instance, a large share of properties stand unheated and shut through the winter — a completely different task from a permanently occupied flat in central Riga. In the industrial towns we more often work with production and warehouse spaces, where the governing constraint is the downtime window rather than the floor area.

That is why each town has its own page: it sets out what we check first in that specific place, rather than one general text with the name swapped.

How the call-out works

The process is the same whatever the town — only the planning and the price differ.

Enquiry

You describe the property, the town and the problem in the form and give us your phone number.

Clarification

We get in touch, establish the details and calculate the call-out surcharge if the property is outside Riga.

Quotation

We give the price including travel, before the work starts.

Call-out and inspection

We inspect the property, measure moisture and establish the cause.

Treatment

We carry out the work to the agreed scope, usually in a single visit.

Recommendations

We tell you when the space can be used and what to change so the problem does not recur.

Prices and distance

Service prices are the same in every town. The only difference is travel:

✓ In Riga

  • Travel costs are included in the price
  • Flats from €55
  • Ozone treatment €1.20/m², minimum €60

Outside Riga

  • The same price for the service
  • Plus a call-out surcharge depending on distance
  • We state the surcharge in the quotation, before the work

We give the exact sum once we know the address and the scope of work. If several flats at one property or one address are to be treated, the call-out is shared between them and each unit costs less. All prices are on the prices page.

How we plan work outside Riga

A few practical things that save time on both sides:

  • Give the town and an approximate address in your enquiry — in some towns the distance between parts is considerable.
  • Tell us whether the property is heated and whether anyone lives there permanently.
  • If it is a seasonally used house, tell us how long it has stood empty.
  • If several properties at one address or in one village need treating, say so straight away — it changes the price.
  • If access is difficult (narrow streets, steep terrain, seasonal approach roads), tell us.

How the region differs from Riga

Enquiries from outside Riga look different in practice from those in the city, and that is no accident — the building stock itself differs.

1Building typeIn Riga most of the work is in apartment buildings: a shared ventilation riser, the influence of neighbours, communal structures. In the surrounding region we far more often work with private houses, which have their own basement, their own roof space and their own ventilation — and therefore a different list of moisture sources and a different order of inspection.
2SeasonalityTowards the coast and the countryside a considerable share of properties stand unheated for part of the year. A house that has spent the winter shut is an entirely different task in spring from a permanently occupied flat — and it is better planned before the season opens than after the smell has already soaked into the textiles.
3Distance within one townIn several towns in the region the building is strung out along a road or a river, so the same town in an address can mean substantially different access. That is exactly why we ask for a specific address rather than just the town.

Which page to read

If what interests you is a specific problem rather than a place, start from the service page — that is where the mechanism, the methods and the prices are:

A town page is useful when you want to understand what specifically affects the work and the call-out in your place.

What we do not claim about these places

Location pages on the internet often promise more than there is. So, plainly:

  • We have no branches. In none of these towns do we have an office, a depot or a permanent member of staff. We travel out.
  • We do not promise an arrival time in minutes. Until we know the address and the situation, any figure would be a guess.
  • We do not claim any town has more problems than another. The descriptions of building stock and environment are things we check on a specific property, not statements about a whole town.

If your address is not among these towns, that is not an automatic refusal — describe the situation in the form and we will tell you whether we can come out and at what surcharge.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have an office in my town?

No. We have no branches or offices in any of these towns — we travel out from Riga. That means that outside Riga a call-out surcharge is added to the price, depending on distance.

How much is a call-out outside Riga?

The price for the service is the same as in Riga, but we add a call-out surcharge depending on distance. We give the exact sum in the quotation once we know the address — before the work starts, never after the fact.

Do you cover the surrounding municipality as well as the town?

Usually yes, but it depends on distance. In several cases the municipality is large and an address can be considerably further out than the town centre, so please give a specific address when you enquire.

Can you come the same day?

It depends on workload and distance. In urgent cases — flooding, a sewage incident — we try to respond as quickly as possible, but we do not promise a specific time before we know the situation and the address.

My town is not on the list — can you come out?

Describe the situation in the form and give the address. If the distance allows, we will come out and tell you the surcharge in advance. If we will not come out, we will say so straight away rather than a week later.

Is the price higher because I live further from Riga?

The treatment price itself, no — that is the same. Only the call-out surcharge differs. If several properties at one address or in one village are to be treated, the call-out is shared and each unit costs less.

Not sure which treatment you need?

Describe the situation — we will tell you whether treatment is needed at all, and which one.
