One treatment, a regular schedule or an urgent call-out — depending on what you actually need.
This section covers the forms a job can take — how often, at what scale and with what paperwork we work. If you are looking for a specific problem, see Mould or Odours; if you are looking for a specific type of property, see Properties.
Most people are not looking for a form of service but for a solution to a problem. So the most useful question is not "which service should I order" but "what has happened to the premises and has the cause been dealt with". The answer to that almost always settles the form as well.
| If you need... | See |
|---|---|
| One treatment for a specific problem | One-off disinfection |
| Scheduled treatment with documentation | Regular disinfection |
| A fast response after an incident | Emergency disinfection |
| A contract, an invoice and a report | Disinfection for businesses |
| Treatment across several properties | For property managers |
| To establish the cause before doing anything | Premises inspection |
If the cause has not been dealt with, no form of treatment will give a lasting result — the only difference will be how long it takes for the problem to come back.
The practical difference between the forms comes down to three things: how often the work repeats, how much paperwork is needed and how much has to be known before the work starts.
The same reasoning shows what is not needed. For a private flat with no incident and no mould, a regular disinfection schedule is not justified — ordinary cleanliness is enough there. And ozone treatment after tenants usually needs no inspection: the floor area and a description are enough.
Whatever the form, the sequence of work is similar. What differs is how detailed each step is and whether it repeats.
You fill in the form describing the situation. We get in touch using the contact details you give.
We establish the property, the floor area and the problem — often an indicative price can be given at this step already.
We inspect the property where that is needed and prepare a quote.
We carry out the work at the agreed time and to the agreed scope.
We tell you when the premises can be used again and give our recommendations.
Two steps in this chain are the ones most often skipped, and skipping either is expensive. The first is the follow-up questions — without them the price is a guess, and on site the scope turns out to be something else. The second is the handover with recommendations: treatment deals with the symptoms, but if nobody says what needs changing in the ventilation, the heating or the way the space is used, the situation repeats within six months.
The quality and the price of the work depend directly on access. The freer the surfaces, the less time the treatment takes.
If some of that is not possible, it is not an obstacle — just tell us in advance. The worst case is arriving on site and only then finding out that half the premises cannot be treated.
The price list gives a starting price, not a final figure. For flats it is based on the number of rooms, for commercial premises on the floor area, with the rate falling as the area grows. Four things account for the difference from the starting price.
We can often give an indicative price during the conversation itself, if we know the number of rooms or the floor area, the type of problem and how long it has been going on. The exact price is set by the inspection, and we tell you it before the work starts, not after.
The limits are as useful as the offer, because they save time on both sides.
If the inspection shows the cause is technical, we say so in writing and tell you which trade needs to deal with it. A treatment can still be carried out in that case, but it addresses the symptoms — and that is something to know before the work, not six months later when the problem comes back.
One-off, regular, emergency, or with documentation for a business.
Fill in the form and describe the situation. We will get in touch, ask a few questions and tell you what makes the most sense — including when that means no treatment is needed.
With both. Private clients pay after the work is finished; for businesses we additionally provide a contract, an invoice and a work acceptance report.
Not always. In simple cases, such as ozone treatment after tenants, a description and the floor area are enough. If there is mould or the cause is unclear, an inspection is needed.
It depends on our workload and the property. In urgent cases we try to come as soon as we can, but we do not promise a specific number of minutes before we know the situation.
Describe the situation — we will tell you whether treatment is needed at all, and which one.
Fill in the form — we will call you on the number you provide, ask a few clarifying questions and propose a solution.
Thank you! We will contact you on the phone number you provided shortly.
